About me

I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and counsellor registered with the UKCP and adhere to their Code of Ethics. I am a member of the Society for Existential Analysis and an Associate Member, Institute of Group Analysis

I trained and qualified at Regent's University, School of Psychotherapy and Psychology London

I hold an MA with distinction in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy (ADEP)

I am a Visiting Lecturer at Regent's University, supervising students and facilitating Personal and Professional Development Groups

I see clients privately in Central London, the City, North London and online 

Areas I work in include: anxiety, depression, loss, isolation, relationship difficulties, feelings of stuck-ness, low self-esteem, trauma, abuse and domestic violence.
